convenient location friendly staff
The location was convenient, putting me right by the main plaza. The hotel was clean and well kept. I appreciated the modern design. I also found the staff very friendly.

the location was very convenient i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff were always kind and helpful with a positive attitude. i really liked the cosy room i had my best night sleep there.
there were some missing amenities the website mentioned. there weren't bedroom slippers available also no bathroom floor mat from the second night. the room didn't have a basic kettle

central location kind staff limited space broken lights
the location was central. it was very convenient to explore main attractions on foot. the staff were always ready to assist, and i found them genuinely kind.
the room size felt somewhat limited. there was minimal storage space for luggage. i also noticed a couple of lights were not working .

lack of callback faulty key
The television in the room didn't work, and despite reporting it, no one came to fix it. That was disappointing. The hotel uses an outside company for laundry. I requested laundry service and was promised a callback, but I never received one. the key card stopped working every day. That was an inconvenience, non-functional TV

polite staff clean room central location
the staff was very helpful and polite. the room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked well. i also liked the hotel was close to many attractions, made getting around easy.
the rooftop bar was small.

i found the staff very helpful and efficient. the location suited my needs, with easy access to the surrounding area. the breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from. the rooftop area had a pleasant vibe.
the room was quite small and lacked storage space. the bathroom design was not ideal, as the shower lacked privacy. there were also no bedroom slippers available . i found that only one bottle of water was provided daily for a two-person stay.
