i loved the beautiful double room it was super clean. it had everything i needed! i found the staff to be great, and the location was perfect for walking. the breakfast was also very good with many options.

The room was quite small. There weren't many places to hang towels. some of the lights in the room were also broken, a little annoying! the rooftop bar is nice but small.

there were some missing amenities the website mentioned. there weren't bedroom slippers available also no bathroom floor mat from the second night. the room didn't have a basic kettle

The television in the room didn't work, and despite reporting it, no one came to fix it. That was disappointing. The hotel uses an outside company for laundry. I requested laundry service and was promised a callback, but I never received one. the key card stopped working every day. That was an inconvenience, non-functional TV

i found the staff very helpful and efficient. the location suited my needs, with easy access to the surrounding area. the breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from. the rooftop area had a pleasant vibe.

the room was quite small and lacked storage space. the bathroom design was not ideal, as the shower lacked privacy. there were also no bedroom slippers available . i found that only one bottle of water was provided daily for a two-person stay.
